Brian was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. After graduating from St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute, he completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management from the State University of New York at Fredonia. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Sports Administration and a Master’s of Business Administration from Canisius College. Brian received his Juris Doctor from SUNY Buffalo Law School.
During law school, Brian focused his studies on civil litigation, trial practice, and labor and employment law. He completed the Civil Litigation concentration, as well as the Labor and Employment Law Curricular Program. Brian was an Articles Editor on the Buffalo Law Review and was elected to the Executive Board for the Labor and Employment Relations Society. He also served as a legal extern at the Erie County Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project.
Prior to starting his own law practice, Brian was an attorney at a local plaintiffs’ law firm, where his practice was focused on representing individuals who were injured due to medical malpractice, car accidents, slip & falls, dog bites, and defective products. Brian also handled estate administration and litigation matters, estate planning, and real estate transactions.
Brian worked as a legal assistant & law clerk at a prominent accident law firm, in Buffalo, New York, where he assisted the firm’s attorneys in pursuing claims on behalf of clients injured as a result of exposure to toxic substances, including asbestos and coke oven emissions. He also assisted with pursuing workers’ compensation claims and the prosecution of childhood lead poisoning cases.
